Martial Arts Fitness Boot Camp (ages 12+)

This is a great cross training program taught by a certified athletic trainer. It makes use of your own body weight, medicine balls, bungee cords and light free weights. It’s a great way to improve your toning, muscular strength and endurance and flatten your waste-line.
