Kickboxing / Ultimate Body Challenge (ages 12+)

This program is a cardio/fitness style of kickboxing that focuses on some of the Ultimate Body Challenge program which includes lots of:

  • Punching
  • Kicking
  • Target work
  • Basic combinations
  • Strengthening
  • Toning
  • Flexibility
  • Agility
  • Plus lots of fun !!

This program is great for students who wish to cross train for Muay Thai, Karate, Tae Kwon Do or Ju-jitsu.

This program is open to both beginner and advanced students. It is a great way to get in shape, blow off some steam and improve focus.

The program is taught by either Judy Coumont or Louise Pickford and is open to students 12 years of age and up.
