Targets

Our supplier carries a wide variety of targets which are a popular item for many in our dojo. These are especially helpful for practicing at home. All targets are special order and you will have to contact us to discuss styles and pricing.

Targets come in an assortment of styles including suspended punching bags, standing targets and body shields. We frequently use standing targets and body shields during training so our students are quite familiar with these. Standing targets range in price from about $150 to over $300 (USD). Punching bags are similarly priced depending upon the style and make. Body shields are cheaper generally less that $100, but of course require another person to hold them during practice.
