Youth Muay Thai Testing will take place during the Youth Muay Thai Class on Thursday, April 12th at 6pm! Testing will take place during regular class; students who are testing will be graded during the class. Adult Muay Thai Testing will take place during the Adult Open Muay Thai Class on Thursday, April 12th at 6pm! Testing will take place during regular class; students who are testing will be graded during the class. The Youth BJJ Prep Test will be held at 5 Elements Martial Arts at 10am on Sunday, April 15th. Are you nervous about testing? Not sure what to expect? Want to make sure you get in as much training as possible? The Youth BJJ Prep test is the perfect way to learn how Jiujitsu testings work, to practice specifically for testing, and to quell those nerves! Finally, we have the Annual 5 Elements Martial Arts’ Board Breaking Seminar! Have you ever tried breaking real boards? Now’s your chance! 5 Elements will be hosting a board breaking seminar on Saturday, April 28th from 1-2:30pm – the perfect opportunity to learn the art of breaking real wooden boards! 5 Elements only does this seminar once a year, and it is available for Little Dragons (lighter boards used for little dragons) all the way to adults. Students even get to have the boards they break signed by their instructors, to take home for their trophy shelves!
