Join us for a FREE kickboxing class Tuesday, January 29th, from 8:00PM - 9:00PM.
If this is your first time joining us, be prepared for an hour long full body workout for all fitness levels and body types. Our instructors can help modify exercises and drills to accommodate everyone!
If you have never visited us before, please come about 10 minutes before class to fill out a waiver. Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. If you have boxing gloves bring them. If not, we have some spares we can lend you for the class.
No need to pre-register. Just come and give it a try, you might find you love it!
